The VFW and Auxiliary handed out Buddy Poppies and candy for the 7th straight year.
During Mount Joy's Fourth Friday Halloween celebration, the Mount Joy VFW was one of many businesses to participate in Trick or Treat Main Street Mount Joy.
Over 700 metallic orange bags filled with activity sheets and candy were given out to costumed Trick or Treaters. Adults and children alike were happy to receive poppies prior to Veterans Day.
